Maria’s background includes portfolio operations, vendor and utility partner management, ancillary revenue, NOI growth, service delivery, reporting, project coordination and change management.

Throughout her career, she has helped organizations improve day-to-day operations, manage vendor and utility relationships, identify revenue opportunities, track performance, support contract and service-level follow-through, and implement new initiatives.
